The Behold 2 is a great phone and what Samsung did with the camera app is amazing. Where Samsung went wrong on the behold 2 was with TouchWiz (not to mention the 1.5 firmware!). For those buying the Behold 2 as their first android phone probably won’t know what we’re talking about here. But when you’re coming from a modded G1, MyTouch3G, or other Android phone, you’ll know the TouchWiz interface does nothing good. It’s a Memory Hog. Lets get rid of it…

Busy Box for Behold II (67)
Download the USB Drivers and Install (Confirmed working on WinXP 32bit)

So now the Behold 2 has Root… Below are the instructions.
File Needed: Behold 2 Root File (78)
You Must have ADB set-up on your computer already. Please go to my ADB for Dummies post on instructions to do so.
Download the file above and place it in your C:\ (easier this way for instructions)
Plugin phone to computer.
Open a Command Prompt Window on your computer ( Start -> Run -> type: cmd )
type: cd C:\
then copy and paste each line into the command prompt (hit enter after each line)
